We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and were extremely impressed with the level of luxury and comfort it provided. The location, right next to the train station, made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and even catch our train without any hassle. The reception being open 24 hours was a great help in planning our travels effectively.

Incredibly beautiful accommodation with perfect and nice location away from anywhere decent to go for food or sights. Had twin room with private balcony, clean bathroom and properly cleaned basic bed sheet.

My big room included exceptionally comfortable bed, air conditioner, an individual safe and an iron. The hotel provided a satisfactory breakfast with yogurts and good coffee, for instance.

The location is convenient, just next door to the center of town, a tram or bus and also to great spots around Bordeaux - couldn't be better. Saint Jean district certainly deserves to be visited.

Came in Bordeaux to relax and have fun, this cheap hotel was unique base for doing it. I thoroughly enjoyed the surprisingly large room with private balcony and the staff were great. The location was great and excellent - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go.

stayed in bordeaux before, but this time mercure was amazing. chic decor, eco-friendly, quiet room, and refilling water bottles. perfect location near transit and cafe. no fridge, but staff helped with meds. overall, comfy stay.

Loved the chic decor and environmentally conscious approach of the hotel. The convenience of having a water station on each level for refilling the glass bottles provided in the room.- The hotel's location directly opposite the train station and tram made it incredibly easy to explore the city.- Appreciated the option to keep medication in the hotel fridge, even though there was no refrigerator in the room.- Enjoyed the quietness of the room, thanks to it facing away from the main road.

There was a lack of communication between the reception staff and cleaners/room service. Had to request amenities like a hairdryer and ironing board multiple times before they were provided.

Additionally, the staff at Mercure were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered was also delightful, allowing us to start our day off right.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff at Mercure were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel itself was immaculate and had a pleasant design. The location was perfect, especially for those who prefer using public transport. My room, even though it was the least expensive option, provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and it was lovely to wake up to the bustling city just outside.

The size of the rooms was generous and staff fairly friendly. The location was excellent, close to public transport links and great shopping areas. The breakfast had some good variety with the coffee being the best on offer.

So close to the train and tram, this hotel is great for business travelers. The location next to the main train station of the city allows easy access to the main lines. Just a stone's throw away from the rail station, it is perfect for those who want to catch an early morning train. the hotel is close to rail station, tram and bus stops, making travelling in the city incredibly easy.

The hotel's poor interior design lets it down. The colour scheme used in the rooms and the corridor leading to them, is too dark, not creating a welcoming atmosphere.

We had a wonderful time on our city break! The breakfast was great with a nice selection of coffee and different foods to choose from. The hotel's location was really convenient for getting around, with taxis and public transport nearby. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and the friendly service from the staff.

We did have a few issues during our stay. The room itself wasn't as bright and modern as we were expecting, and there were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, like a loose banister on the stairs.
